Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC)
Overview
Since the
Portland Mall project was conceived in 2003, project partners have received
public input through a citizens advisory committee (CAC) representing seniors,
people with disabilities, pedestrians, cyclists, neighborhood associations,
businesses, developers, government officials and Portland State University
(PSU). The CAC holds monthly public meetings with project staff to provide
advice on project design, construction, impacts on downtown businesses and
other concerns.
The committee meets on the
second Tuesday of each
month at the Portland Building, 1120 SW 5th Ave., Room B, from 4-5:30 p.m.
