aggregates and base material will be
crushed or cleaned
and reused for the Portland
Mall Light Rail Project.
The Portland Mall is being remodeled using a variety of building materials from… the Mall!
Concrete, aggregates and base material are being crushed or cleaned, and reused.
Curbs and gutters are being reused as landscape elements, such as bus stop “welcome” pads.
Light fixtures, cast-iron grates, planters and benches are being refurbished.
Trashcans, bike racks and bike lockers are being reused.
