Polka Dot Courthouse Square Extends Along the Transit Mall!
Portland’s Transit Mall has been taken over by polka dots! We’ve partnered with Pioneer Courthouse Square to bring this socially distanced art installation, Polka Dot Downtwon designed by Bill Will, to the Transit Mall! We’ll be bringing local artists and musicians into these dots to perform and activate our Downtown!
